What's included?
Included in the rental charge is a set of sheets and towels, one hours maid service per week, electricity and water charges. Additional maid service and babysitting can be arranged by request.
What's not included?
Transport to and from the accommodation, flights and taxis, insurance and any breakages deemed not to be fair "wear and tear".
Security Deposit
We aim to provide excellent quality accommodation at an affordable price. We feel that families that take care of our property should not have to subsidise those who do not, therefore we request a security deposit of £200 per booking. This is refundable on inspection of the accommodation, providing nothing has been broken or damaged.
Booking
Please telephone or email to check dates you require are available or check the availability calendar on the web site. Your booking will be held for 7 days, during which time a booking form will be sent to you. It must be completed and returned with your booking deposit of 20% of the total rental within the 7 days. Once the booking deposit has cleared our bank we will forward confirmation of your booking.
Please note that the property will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.30am on your day of departure. We will endeavour to extend this wherever possible. To assist us, please fill in your flight times on your booking form.
