The Accommodation

The recently refurbished modern town house villa is set on two levels. Downstairs has an open plan lounge/dining area, fully equiped kitchen and dowstairs toilet. The sofabed can be used as a double bed if required. The lounge and dining room lead onto a private patio with a large table and six chairs with views of the well maintained gardens and pools. Upstairs consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with fitted wardrobes and a large private balcony, bathroom with bath and shower.

The villa benefits from air conditioning throughout. Facilities include TV and DVD (which will also play music cd's). Large fridge freezer, Oven/hob/grill, Microwave, Kettle, Washing Machine, Toaster. Quilts are provided for the winter months and the air conditioning units also provide heat.

Private parking is provided at the front of the property.
